IMPORTANT CHANGES AT LORDSWOOD TRAVEL
As valued clients of Lordswood Travel, I want to advise you of some changes in the way the company will be operating. In a nutshell, we’re going to revolve around you!
In the current economic climate it has become vital to make life as easy as possible for customers, combining first class service with competitive pricing and maximum convenience. By working closely with our customers we plan to help them plan their ideal break within their budget - all from the comfort of their own home or business!
For the past ten years, we’ve successfully arranged business and leisure travel, organising everything from one night business trips including rail travel, to cruises, weddings and honeymoons.
In February 2008, we began to operate from outside our Harborne base, visiting clients at home or at work so that their arrangements could be discussed at their convenience. The service has proved so successful that we have decided that from April 27th 2009, we are going to permanently operate the business on a satellite basis to suit our clients’ busy lives.
In addition to the 9.30-17.30 business hours, we can also offer evening and weekend appointments to see people at their leisure in their own homes to discuss their needs, and by reducing the overheads by closing the little-used Harborne premises, we are able to offer extensive services at highly competitive prices.
Whether you want a package holiday, a competitively priced flight, or recommended accommodation, we can meet your needs. We can also arrange dynamic packages; providing a flight from one company and accommodation from another company – something high street travel agents are unable to do and a great way of securing the best holiday for you at the best value for money.
And if by any chance you come across a better price elsewhere, we will do our best to price match.
Those customers who do not feel comfortable with inviting a consultant to their home can meet us elsewhere – just let us know what time suits you and we’ll arrange a meeting place at your convenience.

If you currently have a booking with us then nothing will change with your booking, it just means that the tickets will be sent directly to you rather than you having to collect them.
